The Jobs Fair is a drop in event, where attendees will be able to:
- Explore Job/Career Options – A lot of people think that we only hire academics and researchers. However, half of our roles fall in the professional services category, that helps the University to run. Our Jobs fair will feature a diverse range of roles available at the University and gives you the chance to explore various career paths and roles you might not have considered otherwise.
- Speak directly to current employees – The Jobs fair will allow you to engage directly with staff at the University. You can ask questions, learn about our culture, and get a better understanding of job roles and requirements.
- Learn about the benefits of working at the University – At our Jobs fair, you will get insights into the many benefits available when working at the University.
- Benefit from Professional Development opportunities- Get tips on how to improve your CV/application, how to highlight your transferrable skills, and build your confidence talking to employers by attending a Job fair.
