Are you a small business that is overwhelmed by book-keeping and accounting liabilities? Then Cymaz Accounting, a new arrival at The EpiCentre in Haverhill, can help you out.
Cymaz, run by Luke Monks, who lives in Kedington offers a full spectrum of accounting services including VAT returns, book-keeping, software training, and end of year accounts, to companies, partnerships and sole traders.
Monks says: “Our team specializes in simplifying your finances and fostering business growth. Be it taxes, payroll, or bookkeeping, we've got you covered.”
Like many a business in recent years that was affected by the Covid lockdown, Monks was working from home, but with an 18-month-old son and another one on the way it was beginning to become challenging.
“I had already had meetings with a current client in The EpiCentre’s conference rooms and liked it so much that I decided to take space there. The great thing is the facilities allow you to expand as your business grows. Initially, I have taken a desk in a shared office but then when the need arises, I can use their private pods or book a meeting room. There is something for everyone here. The management team are really friendly there’s a lovely café in the reception area, it’s clean and modern, and all in all it’s really nice environment to be around,” adds Monk.
Centre Manager, Helen Earl, comments: “It’s great to have Luke here. Increasingly, we are gaining traction with occupiers, who having worked through lockdown at home, realise that with a significant amount of client-facing work, being at home is not ideal. Flexible office solutions like The EpiCentre are ideal for growing businesses who can match their space needs to the size of their business.”
For Monks, who went to Castle Manor school in Haverhill, and knows the region inside out, it is ideal being able to work in a professional environment, only a short distance from home.
