ERP Learning Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Learning Coordinator and Content Development Specialist to join our team on a two year fixed term contract.

This role is perfect for a strong administrator with a deep understanding of learning theories and practices, and the ability to influence and guide discussions in meetings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the existing learning programme focused on the implementation of our new ERP roll out. Editing learning content and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality training experiences.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Learning Program Coordination:
  • Manage a variety of learning materials, ensuring they align with our ERP implementation goal and learning requirements for each channel.
  • Ensure that there is coordination with internal and external stakeholders to schedule and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
Content Creation and Editing:
  • Edit and refine existing content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality
  • Liaise with others to create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructional guides, presentations, and assessments.
Meeting Facilitation and Influence:
  • Lead, attend and facilitate meetings to discuss personalisation of learning material to reflect channel rollout requirements.
  • Influence and guide discussions to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
Learning Strategy:
  • Ensure that the approach and content created aligns with the broader Domino learning approach.
Administration and Reporting:
  • Assign appropriate learning content, as required
  • Maintain accurate records of changes to learning documentation per channel, learning activities etc.
  • Gather feedback and generate reports on the effectiveness of learning programs
Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Coordination:
  • Technical coordination and support for OGL
  • Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions
  • Support the development of an OGL governance for longevity of the tool
  • Collaborate with internal and external SMEs and designers to ensure material is interactive, efficient and intuitive for all users
  • Monitor accuracy of and update material as required to ensure alignment with other training material for Fusion
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update content that is both current and relevant.
  • Act as a liaison between the ERP project team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and program delivery.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a learning coordinator, content developer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with e-learning software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience in project management and administrative roles is highly desirable.
