The scope of the role:
Our EA will support the Centre Director, Centre Deputy Director and Centre Manager and, from time to time, other Centre academics.
Providing full secretarial support that includes diary management; tracking work flow to ensure timely follow up of tasks; making travel arrangements; preparing documentation; managing expense claims and drafting emails
Liaison with industry and research partners to set up and arrange meetings and larger scale events
Providing full secretarial support to various Committees and Boards
Supporting the Centre's recruitment and HR administration processes
Undertaking ad hoc projects
