We are looking for a Role Analyst to join our busy Grading Team. The Grading Team undertakes job evaluation for all new roles put forward for grading, or existing roles submitted for regrading, within the University using the HERA grading system. The Role Analyst will be a key part of this process by undertaking the formal review of roles. In addition the role plays an important part in supporting Departments and HR staff by providing expert advice on areas of pay.
You will have a detailed understanding of job evaluation process, ideally through experience of working with HERA but this could be with other job evaluation schemes. Additionally to this you will have the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise work, maintain accuracy, confidentiality and work to tight deadlines.
