Technical Leader Product Delivery

We design scalable, energy efficient-processors and related technologies to deliver the intelligence in applications ranging from sensors to servers, including smartphones, tablets, enterprise infrastructure and the Internet of Things.

This role is based in either Bangalore or Cambridge and does not include international relocation.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Leader to join our team and lead the development of our Product Download Hub. This team is responsible for the portal that enables our customers to access and download products they're entitled to. You will play critical role in driving high quality change within a plan for the bigger picture, and help enable our business groups to support Arm's growth ambitions.

This role will involve you collaborating with and influencing junior to very senior colleagues and sometimes our customers and partners, all across the globe. This will test your written and verbal communication skills, and so we want to be sure that you are comfortable representing Arm to the highest level.


Responsibilities:
This role requires you to take ownership of delivery, acting as technical domain authority and leader a leader.

This involves the collection, distillation and translation of business requirements and sophisticated designs into clean, usable and understandable solutions. We also want you take ownership for defining and implementing standards, patterns and practices. This includes managing the team's work, mandating a Secure Software Development Lifecycle that is appropriate for the code, infrastructure and tools in your area.


Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing a technical team.
- JavaScript and TypeScript; Advanced JavaScript (ES6+); React, React State Management; Module bundlers like Webpack or Vite.
- Node.js for server-side development of REST and Graph APIs.
- Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform, including Azure Functions, Azure AI Search, Azure Web Apps; Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- SQL and NoSQL databases as part of the Microsoft stack.
- Azure DevOps for building CI / CD pipelines.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Akamai CDN, bot manager, WAF and other security features.
- Knowledge of search capabilities like Coveo Cloud, Solr Search, Azure Search!
- Experience working in an Agile delivery methodology including Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)!
