Hearing Care Assistant, Kirstie, is embarking on an exciting journey of further development and achievement by studying for her Hearing Aid Dispenser Apprenticeship to help make a difference to people's lives.
Elle, a Wax Removal Specialist at the clinic, is another committed team member who is expanding her knowledge base by pursuing a Hearing Care Assistant qualification. By November, she'll be well-equipped to guide clients on their hearing aid needs, offering advice on usage, care, and adjustments to maximise hearing device benefits.
