The promotions included Giles Dobson who has been made an Equity Partner and Will Heigham who has been promoted to Group Partner.
Giles is Head of Cambridge Rural and has been with the firm since 2000. He has a wealth of experience in estate management, succession planning and strategic land promotion and is a retained advisor for Jockey Club Estates and a number of other large estate owners nationwide.
Will, who is Head of Office Agency in Cambridge, has more than 20 years' experience within the business space sector and has led a number of high profile deals since he joined Bidwells in 2014.
Guy Marsden (Building Consultancy), Carl Williams (Fund Management) and Ian Ashbridge (Rural) have been promoted to Divisional Partners and Simon Elliott and Adam Halford (Planning), Jonathan Wright, Alison Denton and Jeremy Thurlby (Building Consultancy), James Wood (Rural) Lucy Figg (Residential) and Luke Wordsworth (Fund Management) have been promoted to Associate.

A total of 20 people from across Bidwells were promoted, 10 to Partner level and 10 to Associate.
