Within the Private Client division, Birketts’ specialist Contentious Trusts and Probate Team is highly regarded for their handling of Private Wealth disputes. This niche area of law highlights the best of the firm’s skills, with the team priding itself on offering practical solutions, tailored advice and first class client care for those facing stressful and upsetting matters. The team is headed by renowned leader in her field, Bernadette Baker, who has been recognised as Band 1 (East Anglia) in the HNW awards 2021 for the second year running.
The following Private Client and Advisory Partners were also recognised for Private Wealth Law: Caroline Stenner (Cambridge and surrounds, Band 2), Tim Galloway (Essex, Band 1), Louise Long (Band 2, Ipswich and surrounds) and Lorna Spear (Norwich and surrounds, Band 1). Susan Young (Essex) was also recognised as an Associate to watch.
