Cambridge Network webinars attract more than 1000 and keep members connected

As the lockdown due to coronavirus began last month, the Network was straight off the mark with free, fascinating online sessions designed to inform and educate people – and to bring them together to interact in a virtual environment. And its series of webinars continues, with a calendar of further events already lined up (see below).

"We are extremely grateful to the 15 speakers we have hosted to date – all from Cambridge Network member companies," says John Gourd, the Network's CEO. "Six of these were seasoned trainers who offer courses through our Learning Collaboration, but all the others are subject experts who were willing to give us the benefit of their time, knowledge and experience.

"We had more than 100 sign-ups to some of the sessions, which were so popular that they had to be repeated to keep up with demand. It is gratifying to note that most attendees were from member companies too, representing more than 200 different organisations.  That is proof, if it were needed, that despite the current environment the Network is living up to its promise to keep people connected, motivated and stimulated.

"And it's not too late to catch up if you missed any of the sessions – recordings of all the webinars are now available on our YouTube channel."
