Carter Jonas continues to expand property & asset management team as Stuart Voss returns

Stuart Voss has returned to Carter Jonas after an interim role as Head of Property at Ipswich Borough Council. Voss joined the Council in April 2022, initially as an Asset Manager.

Voss has been appointed as an Associate Partner in Carter Jonas’ Property & Asset Management team and he will work out of its Cambridge and London offices.

Voss has more than 15 years of experience in the property sector, and he rejoins Carter Jonas with a well-established track record. Working with landed estates, local councils, corporations and charities, he focuses on the strategic management of commercial property portfolios. Voss optimises client interests by identifying and delivering added value initiatives, such as leasing and letting opportunities, change of use, refurbishment and development, sustainability projects, and risk reduction strategies. He also provides budgeting, management, and general practice surveying services.
