The careers section of the event includes a discussion around diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias in recruitment with Jo Stansfield, Founder & Director of Inclusioneering Ltd, and Gerald Carew, Founding Director of InterSTEM recruitment. In addition, Katherine Wiid, career management coach and founder of Career Ambitions, will talk about ‘Understanding career cycles’. She will explain how to recognise where you are in your career cycle, where you want to be, and how to turn unexpected endings into new opportunities.
