The context is, in the past two years specifically, in our work with senior teams, we have become increasingly aware of the influence and dynamic role that the HR Leader is asked to play.
We notice the role develops and evolves constantly, it is heavily relationship-based and the demands of the person in that role can be as varied as they are complex.
The role is often the 'link' between leadership and the rest of the organisation and is often looked to as 'the answer' for people, mindse and culture challenges.
WHAT WE HOPE TO GAIN FROM THE DAY
We believe in building a strong and relevant understanding of our client's contexts adn we are continually looking to develop to better meet the needs of our clients.
We hope that bringing together HR Leaders for the day, we will better understand the challenges and context of the HR Leader in 2020 so that we can continue to bring value to our clients in these settings.
