Local businesses are invited to attend one of a series of monthly ‘Meet the Chairman’ breakfast meetings hosted by Cambridge BID - an organisation that represents the interests of 1,100 businesses in Cambridge city centre.
The new Chairman of Cambridge BID, Ian Sandison, who was elected in May, is keen to connect with local business owners in order to ensure that Cambridge BID delivers maximum value for city centre shops, professional service firms and other organisations.
“It’s a good opportunity to ask questions, over a free coffee and a bacon roll, and to find out how to gain greater benefit from our projects,” says Ian.
The monthly, drop-in events will take place from 8.30am until 10am. The first one will be held at Bill’s Restaurant on Green Street on Thursday 2nd July. Details of subsequent events are as follows:
- 6th August -Afternoon Tease, King Street
- 3rd September - Caffè Sicilia, Regent Street
- 1st October – Charlie’s Coffee Company, Burleigh Street
- 5th November – Fitzbillies, Trumpington Street
