The world of work is a changing. For both employees and employers in biotech.
Employees are looking for connectedness and fulfilment at a deeper level. And in a number of ways. The sentiment is for much more. At a wider level.
Early predictions are that work will transition to be centred on being a social hub, L&D hub and engaging people on a ‘bigger picture’ mission. Other signs of change are also out there. There’s a shift in how you want to be managed. If at all. Is this a wake-up call for traditional (or should we say generational….) leadership?
