The world of work is a changing. For both employees and employers in biotech.

Employees are looking for connectedness and fulfilment at a deeper level. And in a number of ways.  The sentiment is for much more. At a wider level.

Early predictions are that work will transition to be centred on being a social hub, L&D hub and engaging people on a ‘bigger picture’ mission. Other signs of change are also out there. There’s a shift in how you want to be managed. If at all. Is this a wake-up call for traditional (or should we say generational….) leadership? If so, to what extent and which aspects of managing an individual and a team will this impact?

The research survey will take a deep dive into exploring what the landscape will look like. For people at all levels and across generations in a biotech company.

It’ll project how your day-to-day work, you as an employee and the workplace will evolve in the years ahead. It’ll help biotech companies to succeed today while preparing for the future. And we all want science to win, right?
