Confirmed speaker for this insightful event is Clive Oliver, Human Resources professional at Peninsula Business Services, who, before joining Peninsula, was Director of HR with the UK's largest privately owned retailer in its sector. Originally in an operational role, Clive was part of a small team which grew and developed an organisation from 3 stores to 35 sites with eventually over 650 employees. Clive’s enthusiastic, fun and fast paced presentation will make very clear the importance of keeping your business up to date with the constant changes in employment law and health & safety legislation whilst focusing on maximising employee performance.
He will be joined by John Wilson, who is also a specialist in Employment Law and Health & Safety and will be available to assist during the presentation and answer specific questions, with pragmatic advice, after the event.
This event will be chaired by Simon Sherratt from Santander, who is a Commercial Banker with over 30 years’ experience. Simon has a passion for assisting SMEs to grow, consolidate and open new ventures, involving UK and International trading. Outside of work Simon is a keen Cyclist, allotment gardener and follower of Derby County FC.
