Offering more courses than ever before - more than one for every working day of the year in 2011, and providing training for more than 1500 individuals during that period - Learning Collaboration is set to add further learning and development opportunities for Cambridge Network members during 2012.
Training ranges from personal development and soft skills courses such as writing for PR and communication excellence, to management development (e.g. delegation & empowerment, transition to management), specialist technical (e.g. Scrum Master, Advanced C Programming), finance and HR (e.g. coaching, train the trainer) subjects.
Cambridge Network membership entitles all members to discounted rates on all courses. Organisations choosing 'enhanced' membership can also access a range of invitation-only peer learning groups. Some of these are aimed specifically at leaders: the Cambridge Leaders Academy (CLA) is exclusively for CEOs and senior business unit leaders, while others have been established for senior software and technology & innovation leaders.
Other events are run for HR and Learning & Development professionals, and cover business topics such as rewards and benefits.
Originally set up by local HR Directors, Learning Collaboration works on behalf of local employers who collaborate to organise, purchase and share training and management development opportunities for their staff. All training providers are recommended and approved by Cambridge Network member companies, ensuring high quality training at highly competitive rates.
