Method scores hat-trick with trio of female recruits

Growing company Method Creative welcomes Laura, Lorna and Lucy (the three ‘Ls’) to the developing business.

Cambridge integrated brand and communications agency Method Creative continues to multiply as it takes on three new members of staff in as many months.

Digital content creator Lucy Debenham has joined the team to work on the company’s most high profile client, Red Bull, who has tasked the Cottenham-based agency with a number of content-based projects. Lucy has over ten years’ industry experience incorporating Search Engine Optimisation, web admin and creative content disciplines.

First-class graduate Lorna Hopkins has already made an impact with local clients through her social media tutorial sessions. Lorna has a year’s experience in the marketing department at IBM UK where she honed key skills vital to Method’s progress in the local market, including online marketing, copywriting and event management. She also experienced first-hand how to work with an agency from a client’s perspective after assisting IBM with an Ogilvy-run project. Since she joined Method, Lorna has placed focus on a social media strategy and has increased visits to the company’s website via social media platform referrals by 539 per cent.

The hat-trick is completed by the addition of Laura Wing to the Method team as relationship manager. Laura earnt her stripes at global PR agency iris working on consumer campaigns for Argos, Homebase, Wonderbra and Movember. Her role as relationship manager will see her further partnerships with local businesses as Method continues to grow. Laura will work on the recently secured PR contract win with leading commercial property firm Januarys.

Kirsten Corrigan, brand & strategy director at Method, said the addition of three new staff to the team means the company can extend its offering to clients.
