Multi-award-winning Team Consulting to headline Cambridge Network’s latest Virtual Jobs & Careers Fair

Cambridge Network unveils Team Consulting as headline sponsor of its latest December 2022 Virtual Jobs & Careers Fair – 9th December 2022.

Team Consulting

Set in an idyllic 13th century barn in the Cambridgeshire countryside, Team Consulting is the largest medical device design and development consultancy in Europe, with over 140 employees working in 6 key sectors: drug delivery, MedTech, diagnostics, surgical, consumer health and digital health. Serving both start-ups and multinationals to develop innovative devices that meet regulatory requirements.

In the last 3 years, Team has worked for over 100 different clients including 8 of the world’s top 10 pharmaceutical companies as well as several innovative MedTech start-ups. With an in-house team of engineers, industrial and UX/UI designers, human factors specialists, applied scientists, project managers, software and electronics engineers and device testing experts, Team works across every stage of medical device development. From a system that keeps transplant livers alive to a connected brace for the treatment of children with club foot, their diverse client base means that the company works on an incredibly varied range of projects.

Team puts a lot of emphasis on hiring talented people who will work well together. From entry level to senior roles, they have a lot of open vacancies to support the company’s continued growth, so it is an ideal time to showcase these opportunities as a headline sponsor at Cambridge Network’s upcoming event.

Iain Ansell, Consulting Director, will be giving an introduction to Team, while Peter Matthewson, Head of Electronics Engineering, will be discussing the company’s electronics and software vacancies.

“We are recruiting in device testing, human factors, design and applied science but also expanding our electronics and software teams so we would love to hear from candidates looking for roles in embedded software, app development or electronics systems. The careers fair is a great opportunity to share what Team Consulting is all about and get candidates excited about working here.” says Andrea Pybus, HR Director, Team Consulting

Andrea Pybus goes on to say “We value integrity, creativity, excellence and collaboration and we are proud of it. Our culture is open, honest and everyone can have a say. Team nurtures an environment where people are encouraged to grow and develop their full potential.”

Claire Angus, Head of Recruitment Gateway at Cambridge Network says “We are delighted to have Team Consulting onboard to kick off our last virtual jobs fair of 2022. Growing companies need to attract top talent, and I’m dedicated to supporting connections between Team Consulting and job seekers. Their live vacancies on our jobs board are already sparking a lot of interest.”
