New data mash-up event launched by Software East

Cambridge-based Software East is adopting the popular 'hack-day' format for a new 1 day event at the Trinity Centre.

Software East is proud to announce its first open data mash-up on Saturday, 30 June 2012 from 09:00 to 17:30. (Twitter: #camdatamash)

The event is aimed at developers, testers, UX specialists, data scientists and other interested parties.

Teams of people, self-organised on the day, will work together to collect, analyse, visualize or otherwise mash publicly available data sets. Prizes will be available for the best results as decided by our expert judging panel.
