This means, for example, that you can compare data from 2015/16 with 2018/19.
This tutorial uses the fiscal year but you can adapt the calculation to work out any number of data comparisons, such as:
- Cumulative percentages
- Days or hours spent on a project
- Number of orders placed or lost.
With Power BI the options are almost endless.
