The company has had a presence in Cambridge for more than 50 years but the company’s success has meant that it has outgrown its current office which it moved to in 2004.
The prestigious new office, on the Cambridge Business Park, also heralds substantial changes to the company’s IT systems covering inter-office communication and the introduction of cloud-based services which will be rolled out to all Price Bailey offices over the next year.
“We are all very excited to be moving into our new Cambridge office with its fantastic staff and meeting facilities, and to welcoming existing and new clients,” said Price Bailey Managing Director, Martin Clapson. “The new office with its better location, coupled with the changes to our IT systems, will enable us to build on the 98% client satisfaction that has fuelled our continuing growth.”
“The new office has served as a catalyst for us to upgrade our IT systems,” said Paul Chipperfield, Price Bailey IT Manager. “In addition to a complete redesign of the links between offices, which will enable video as well as data services, and a cloud-based desktop service, we’ll be taking the first steps towards moving our servers to a virtual data centre, all of which will improve efficiency and better client service.”
Hannah Milne, Portfolio Manager of The Crown Estate’s Regional Portfolio said: “We are delighted to welcome Price Bailey to Cambridge Business Park during this exciting time of growth for the company. Cambridge Business Park continues to benefit from the buoyancy of the local office market, which together with our active approach to asset management is providing an excellent environment for our customers’ businesses to succeed.”
