Prof Sir Leszek Borysiewicz and Dr Robert Winter OBE on 'Regenerative medicine'

There are just a few places left for Cambridge Network's Open Meeting this Wednesday (11th January), so sign up now to hear Prof Sir Leszek Borysiewicz, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cambridge (pictured) and Dr Robert Winter OBE, Cambridge University Health Partners.

They will be talking about 'What will make Cambridge successful going forward - regenerative medicine at world class levels'.

The Vice-Chancellor is the principal academic and administrative officer of the University. Professor Sir Leszek Borysiewicz was installed as the 345th Vice-Chancellor on 1 October 2010.

Dr Robert Winter OBE is a respiratory physician with 20 years' experience as a consultant working in Cambridge and in London. He was appointed OBE for services to medicine and healthcare in the New Year honours, 2009.

This event, which takes place in the Wolfson Hall & Foyer, Churchill College, Storey's Way, Cambridge CB3 0DS, is the fifth in the Network's series of large events for Autumn–Winter 2011-12, all introduced by Hermann Hauser, serial entrepreneur and Cambridge Network director.

Registration is from 6.00pm, with the talk starting at 6.30pm.  There will be a networking drinks reception and light refreshments after the event.
