Rapidly growing residential property management company Foster Kemp has taken space at The EpiCentre in Haverhill.

The company that manages residential estates and blocks of flats, acting on behalf of leaseholders, has a large number of clients in the Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Ipswich and Mildenhall areas.

Richard Foster the owner of Foster Kemp, said: “Haverhill is right in the middle of our East Anglian operations, so it is an ideal location for us. And we are really impressed with The EpiCentre, managed by Oxford Innovation Space. The building is well fitted out and the needs of the occupier are well thought through. We are likely to expand in the building in the near future” adds Foster.

In addition to The EpiCentre, Foster Kemp has an office in Aylesbury, Oxfordshire, where it manages a portfolio of properties in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Gloucestershire. In total it has over 100 sites comprising about 2,000 residential properties.

“Acting on behalf of residential leaseholders, we become involved in resolving complex issues with freehold landlords and are a strong advocate of leaseholder rights,” says Foster.

Centre Manager, Helen Earl, says: “We welcome Richard Foster and his team to The EpiCentre and will be supporting Foster Kemp in its growth programme.”
