Sapien offers 'Elastic Business IT Support'

Following on from the success of Sapien IT's hosted cloud services, Sapien IT are now offering "Elastic Business IT Support".

(Image removed)With a challenging economic environment, businesses large and small are looking to manage their costs.  Most businesses cannot operate without IT of some sort and will need to call on an IT company from time to to time to give them IT support as issues arise.

Many Business IT support companies in Cambridge operate on a monthly retainer support model.  This means that they get paid whether you need support or not.  It's sometimes difficult to understand what is included in the monthly retainer and site visits usually carry high fees.

Sapien IT has been focussed on a pay as you go it model since its inception over 4 years ago.  The majority of business IT services offered by Sapien IT to companies in and around Cambridge are cloud based with a monthly usage fee.  Businesses can clearly see what they are spending each month and there are no long term contracts to buy in to.  Crucially, support is included in the monthly fee for all the cloud services.  So, if your cloud file sharing and backup, exchange email or VoIP telephone system has issues, this is supported for free within your monthly pay as you go hosted services fee.

Following on from the success of our hosted cloud services, we are now offering our "Elastic Business IT Support".  We are using the word "Elastic" as you can have as much or as little as you need in half hour increments.  The business IT support can be from anything from general "how to" queries, to consulting on which CRM system may be right for your business.

You don't need to be using any of Sapien's existing services to leverage its Elastic Business IT Support.  To get started simply give them a call on 01223 852 872 where one of their friendly staff will be happy to take your call.  Alternatively, use the contact us form on the website.
