10 July 2024 - Sepura confirms that the Secretary of State in the Cabinet Office has revoked the Final Order imposed on Sepura pursuant to section 27 of the National Security and Investment Act 2021. The original order was made by the then Secretary of State for the former Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
