St John’s Catering and Conference Manager selected to join Réunion des Gastronomes

Bill Brogan, Catering and Conference Manager at St John’s College, has been elected into the Réunion des Gastronomes, an organisation officially formed in 1899 with the object of raising standards of hotel keeping and catering.

Its mission is to develop, support and promote the culinary arts with membership consisting of senior members of the hotel and catering industry. 

Bill said, “I was very honoured to have been given the chance to be elected into this fine group. The Dinner at the Café Royal Hotel in London where I was elected was outstanding. It also recogonises all the teams that I have worked with.”

Bill has also been asked to join the Editorial Board of the Institute of Hospitality Magazine (IOH), the main management magazine for the hospitality industry.
