Andy Milton, an Innovation Consultant at Innovia Technology, brought nearly 20 years of experience in helping the world's best companies with their biggest challenges, to his keynote for the latest EnterpriseTECH programme, which began this week. EnterpriseTECH is known for bringing talent together and providing a comprehensive programme in how to take technology to market. The current cohort – the fifteenth group to undertake the transformative programme – was keen to learn, despite the early start! Many of the world’s largest and most innovative companies have set bold sustainability targets and are making strong progress towards them.

Andy shared some of the challenges that they face in this journey, which often requires transformational change to their products, services and business models. He also reflected on the lessons they’ve learned, and helped the cohort understand how they could apply them within their own entrepreneurial journeys.Questions from the cohort covered everything from whether it’s possible to have true confidence in partners and how to do due diligence on them, to how to still move forward, when you’re not sure what the best route might be.

Andy said: “It’s always inspiring to meet the next generation of innovators. EnterpriseTECH is now helping their fifteenth group of innovators on a journey – they are full of ideas and are ready to share them with the world. Their awareness and commitment to putting sustainability at the heart of their strategies positions them well – they’ll be attractive to partners and investors alike. We’re keeping in touch with a number of the cohort and look forward to seeing where they go to with their ideas.”
