Due to Covid this year’s event was held online, filmed and streamed from a purpose built studio in the association's Northampton headquarters.
The three-day event attracted a global audience in excess of 16,000 from over 57 countries. Interaction and engagement were paramount with the delegates being able to ask questions, review posters, network and vote.

Webcast production company WaveFX had worked with the association for over 15 years, traveling the globe streaming past events from the USA, Australia and Europe.
This Year WaveFX provided all the equipment and crew to manage every aspect of the virtual symposium production - from live filming, managing virtual presenters via Zoom, vision mixing and encoding the stream to an embedded player.
