Wintercomfort for the Homeless
Wintercomfort is an advice and support hub for homeless and vulnerably housed people in Cambridge.
Open every day of the year, Wintercomfort provides hot meals, showers, laundry services and clothing for rough sleepers alongside an extensive range of support. Services include counselling, therapy for those struggling with addiction, help to access employment, housing advice, dedicated services for women and help for non-UK nationals. We also offer a range of social activities and fitness classes aimed at building resilience and improving mental and physical wellbeing.
Wintercomfort works to break the cycle of homelessness, to help people to rebuild their lives, to establish positive routines and to gain a sense of belonging within the community.
