The Cambridge Network candidate recruitment evening will be held at the Post Doc Centre, Eddington, Cambridge, on Tuesday 18th March 2025 from 6pm – 9pm.

We are pleased to have EA First as the headline sponsor for the evening. Coming from the Pharma/Life science industry she has line managed and hired staff herself, run interviewing training and behaviour-based selection workshops and in more recent times has coached others who are trying to make a career transition or are preparing for an interview and selection process. 

 Liz will facilitate a 30-minute, interactive workshop on preparing for career/job transitions and how to have a great interview. She will help you create a sense of perspective on what you’d like to achieve with a career move and provide a series of essential tips and approaches for having a great interview. 

 Having made the transition from corporate life to consulting, she has some lived experience to share too!

 Liz will also provide handouts and recommended books/articles for follow up after the event.

Sonali Kumarakulasinghe, of SK Consulting, is a People and Culture Specialist, who works with organisations and individuals as a Consultant, Facilitator and Coach. SK Consulting helps leaders and teams generate culture change through better conversations at work, so that results are delivered with courage, empathy and trust.
