I'm pleased to welcome back James Bolton and Steph Butcher from EBCam. EBCam Ltd are leading employee benefit specialists and independent financial advisors based in Cambridge. They have recently launched a regional survey aimed at helping businesses understand and benchmark their current employee benefit and rewards offerings. Benefits benchmarking is now essential if you want to be competitive in attracting and retaining your key personnel. The results of the survey will provide the HR/Reward and finance teams with useful insight into what is being offered locally and nationally and look at the future direction of employee benefits. The results will also provide a useful reference tool for reward managers.
