Student Records Coordinator (Fixed Term)

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join the Student Records Team on a short-term secondment as Student Records Coordinator within the Students Records Team, Continuing Education Governance Division . This role will provide critical support to the team ensuring the smooth processing of student data and compliance with key statutory requirements.

About the Role

As Student Records Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide operational support for enrolments, awards, transcripts, and certificates, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Liaise with central University teams (Student Admissions, Registry, Records Office, CamSIS Team) to support smooth student data management.
  • Help manage data reporting and compliance activities, supporting the preparation of key student-related reports.
  • Undertake project-based work related to records processes, and support the existing team with student data management.

Who we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in student records administration
  • Experience in CamSIS and an understanding of University student records processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
  • The ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
