The senior management team restructuring which was undertaken in 2010 was followed by a comprehensive evaluation of the board's effectiveness and structure by Michael Wilton-Cox, Director and Managing Consultant of Rapier Management Consultants Ltd. Michael stayed on to see through the resulting board restructuring following acceptance by the board of directors of Barndoc of the final report.
