What’s different about software engineering at Gearset?
You’ll be joining a culture of trust, transparency and feedback, where you’re given the autonomy to build solutions that make a real difference for our users. Your work directly helps shape our product which is used by developers across thousands of companies—including the world's largest enterprises, like Johnson & Johnson, IBM, and Tripadvisor, to name just a few.
As a product-led company, our engineering values have guided how we've grown the team and are the very foundation of what we do. That means you'll be contributing to a passionate and experienced cross-functional development team with a laser focus on quality—from infrastructure, code, to user experience. The features you build will make thousands of businesses around the world more effective.
What’s the process?
We care about hiring the right person for the right role, so our interview process includes an initial telescreen, a technical interview—to really show us what you can do—and finally a values based interview, to see if you’re a great fit for Gearset as a whole. Anyone who applies to our Software Engineer (experienced) role between the 12th of September and 21st of November 2022, passes our telescreen stage, and completes our technical interview stage, will receive a £1,500 Evans Cycles gift voucher.
