It Takes a City's writes...we are very pleased to report that work has started on time at Hills Avenue, the site of our first ITAC CLT modular homes.
We thank Breheny, our main contractor for their hard work, and Bidwells (project management), Stantec (water engineering and compliance), Archangel (design and compliance), CB3 (costs and contracts), Carter Jonas (planning), Munro (plumbing and electrics) for their continued support.
We are on track to see these much-needed homes on site in early June.
Lucy Atkin has been recruited as CLT’s first employee in the role of Business Manager to assist with existing and upcoming admin tasks.
