Are you up for a challenge this January? You don't have to go plant-powered for the entire month, but you could set yourself a goal of trying a new vegan recipe every week. Keep an eye on your mailbox - we will be sharing delicious plant-based recipe every week!
Cervical Cancer Prevention Week (23rd-29th January)
Did you know that cervical screening currently prevents 70% of cervical cancer deaths? We will be encouraging all women even if they’ve had the HPV vaccine to attend their cervical screening when they are invited to do so.
Brew Monday (16th January)
Blue Monday? Forget about it! Instead reach out for a cuppa and a catch-up with the people around you - friends, family, and colleagues. It’s a simple but great way for people to stay connected and avoid the feeling of loneliness.
Heart Month
Did you know that cardiovascular disease affects around 7 million people in the UK? Help your employees make positive lifestyle changes that will improve their heart health by booking Healthy Heart Webinar or one of our Employee Health Checks!

Random Acts of Kindness Day (17th February)
Let's create a better world by pledging to carry out at least one act of kindness. We will be sharing 50 Random Acts of Kindness Ideas to inspire people to take part in this movement. No matter what you decide to do, show people around you that we can all choose to be kind.
World Hearing Day (3rd March)
This day we will be raising awareness about how to prevent noise-induced hearing loss. If your employees are exposed to high levels of noise at work on a regular basis, we can provide audiometry testing as part of a health surveillance programme.
Social Prescribing Day (9th March)
Many things that affect our wellbeing can’t be treated by doctors or medicine alone – like loneliness and isolation. Social prescribing is a way of connecting people to activities, groups and support that can address these issues, and improve health and wellbeing more generally.
Neurodiversity Celebration Week (13th-19th March)
Let's challenge stereotypes and recognise the many talents of neurodivergent people around us. We will be sharing resources to increase understanding of neurodiversity and we could also support your staff with Neurodiversity Assessments and Coaching along with Awareness Training.
