About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled AutoCAD professional to join our Estates & Facilities Service. In this role, you will collaborate with our Projects, Space Management, and Facilities Management Teams to ensure that all AutoCAD drawings adhere to the highest standards and regulatory requirements. You will also work closely with our Business Information Team to maintain the accuracy and currency of drawings and related data within our Space Management System.
With a degree or relevant professional qualification, you will have proven AutoCAD software experience to create and maintain technical drawings along with the ability to review and interpret, ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations. You will have excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, along with strong communication skills in order to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
The role will be Chelmsford or Cambridge based with the option of agile/hybrid working. Occasional travel to our other sites at Writtle and Peterborough will also be required.
This is a part time role for 7.5 hours per week
