At our ARU Writtle campus, we specialise in animal, environmental, agricultural and horticultural courses, for learners aged 16 to 18, adult learners, undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

 

About the Role: 

 

ARU is seeking a dynamic Student Recruitment and Marketing Officer on a fixed term arrangement, focusing on ARU Writtle courses in both further and higher education. This pivotal role involves developing our brand and course awareness across the region to increase enrolment. The successful candidate will play a key part in implementing the Writtle College Marketing Strategy and creating effective marketing plans to boost student recruitment.

 

You will develop and execute a wide range of marketing activities aimed at increasing awareness of our higher and further education offerings at ARU Writtle. Supporting the Faculty Marketing Manager, you will create campaigns to promote our specialist courses to school and college leavers, as well as adult learners, and implement nurture conversion plans to enhance application and enrolment rates. Additionally, you will collaborate with the events team to plan and deliver various online and campus events, including open days, and support the creation of engaging course presentations and marketing materials for both digital and print media.

 

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a creative flair and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. You will have a natural talent for developing engaging content for social media and the website, working closely with course teams.
