About the role:
You will be the primary lead for HR operational activities and processes, monitoring and acting on service delivery issues and ensuring that there is a consistent output across the HR Service. You will ensure work is consistently allocated across the HR Co-ordinator team, to account for peaks in activity and/or staff absences. You will also ensure processes are fit for purpose and in line with best practice and legislative demands and are adhered to by the team. You will also be the primary HR lead for HR governance and compliance for UK Visa and Immigration, DBS and other specialist HR areas as required.
You will be qualified to degree level or have a relevant Professional HR qualification i.e. CIPD at degree level. Significant HR experience working in an HR operations management role, working with managers and staff at all levels, as well as extensive use and development of HR Information Systems and e-Recruitment is essential for this role. Given the nature of the role, you’ll have a sound track record in HR Operations management and the ability to work in a high paced pressurised environment. Significant experience of UK Visa and Immigration compliance is essential.
