The Department of Geography is seeking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Research Co-ordinator to its small, friendly administrative team.

The role-holder carries responsibility for the management and oversight of all aspects of research grant administration in the Department and for the provision of research-related administrative support, both personally and by co-ordinating the work of others. Covering the full grants life-cycle, from identifying funding sources and working with researchers to craft compelling grant applications, to post-award grants management and final reporting, this is a key role in facilitating the Department's research operations and strategy, and is crucial to the Department, both in terms of its reputation for research excellence and for its financial well-being.
